Purchased a vehicle here back in November. Jeff and the management team were friendly and accommodating. Also, it was the quickest process I've ever experienced at a dealership before ! Only downside, a couple little things I wish I noticed that could've been fixed before finalizing because its on you once you drive off the lot. Even with that being said, I would still recommend this dealership.

I went into Canobie Lake Toyota in Salem, NH not really planning on purchasing a vehicle just looking My salesman Milo listened to what I was interested in and answered all my questions He was so accommodating with no pressure and made my experience at the dealership quite enjoyable and the best part was I got the perfect color and model RAV 4 LE that I was looking for! Nick, the financial advisor was very patient with me explained everything involved thoroughly for all the paperwork that had to be completed I can’t say enough about Canobie Lake Toyota except that if anyone is looking for a Toyota new or used definitely visit the dealership and ask for Milo I highly recommend them!

Had some unfortunate luck in December when a tree fell on my 22 Rav4. Once I found out it was totalled, I was not looking forward towards the process of buying a car. I have had bad luck at other dealerships before and always seem to revert back to those bad encounters. That being said I inquired about a 4runner I saw online at Canobie. Gwen reached out to me and let me know that it was unfortunately reserved. From that moment forward Gwen went to work for me. She was an extraordinary help. She scheduled a test drive with 4runner She had on the lot. Although it was not the type I was looking at I drove it to see if the 4 runner was something I would be looking at. Once I decided on the SUV Gwen worked hard to find the right fit for me. I never felt that I was being pushed to buy the most expensive package or model. With a little bit of patience and Gwen searching for me, She found one. It was close to the original one I inquired about. It was a hard to come by color (Everest) in the style I was looking at. She reserved it for me and I test drove it when it arrived and took it home that night. She found other colors for me before but remembered what I was looking for and didnt try selling me something I didnt want. Gwen was awsome and I am more than happy with my New 4runner. I couldn't thank her enough for such a pleasant experience. She will be my go to for future purchases. Also want to thank the Canobie Lake Toyota Staff. I didnt spend as much time with them as I did talking with Gwen but every bit of the process was smooth and stress free. So thank you.
