This week I went to 2 different NH Toyota dealerships looking for a low mileage, certified preowned RAV4. The first Place I went was a very negative experience from the start unfortunately. I dusted off Turn off myself and called Canobie Lake Toyota. There was a car that was comparable to the first one I had been interested in. I spoke with Philip. He confirmed the car was not ready to be looked at yet, which saved me a trip in unlike the first dealership, which gave me an appointment and had no car for me to see. Philip contacted me as soon as the car was available to be seen. I made an appointment and my experience was wonderful from there on out. He is extremely knowledgeable, taking me through the entire car, and his personality was welcoming and friendly. I purchased a car that Checked off all the boxes of what I was looking for and to top it off I had an enjoyable experience! Who the heck ever says the word enjoyable when purchasing a car and dealing with car salesman I guarantee you go to Canobie Toyota. I can say Philip was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. The sales manager and finance manager all made it seamless as well, but Philip really goes above and beyond with his personality!

Update: 10/08/25 I have always had great service with my RAV4, however, the last one which was a week ago was not great. As soon as I got home, the tire pressure sign came up. I did not pay attention because at first I thought it must’ve been the sensor so I ignored, but it did that again later that day and next morning. That’s when I went to check the air it was way below at 29psi. Looks like the mechanic who worked on my vehicle clearly did not check the tire pressure. It made me very nervous since I had just had everything checked.
