This is not my first time buying a car, but it is my first time buying from Canobie Lake Toyota. If you've ever dealt with salespeople in general, most of them see you as a money sign and could care less if you walk out the door because another sucker will walk right back in.
Based on my. personal experience with Jennifer Lilly, she treats a customer like an actual customer. She keeps you informed about inventory and any changes that may occur during all phases of your purchase process. Best of all, she gave us the best price for our 2025 Sienna Limited with everything I wanted.
We waited about 2 months or so for our car to arrive from the factory and Jennifer went out of her way to make sure our pick up day went as smooth as possible.
I live in Boston and there are at least 5-10 dealerships that are much closer to get to but none of them were nearly as professional and courteous as Jennifer so as long as she's selling cars, I will make sure to track her down wherever she goes if anyone I know needs a new car.
