Very impressed with the individual professionalism and overall dealership services here. It does help to have done your homework in advance. In the market for a pre-owned Avalon, we identified one car in advance and made an appt to test drive. We actually expected to purchase a similar vehicle elsewhere. SALES Transparency was great; CARFAX, certification report from Toyota inspection and analysis of the regional market listed prices all provided. FINANCE We did a cash purchase and needed to raise the cash. We opted to return with a cashier's check rather than their program to electronically verify funds/transfer and left a deposit. DEALER SERVICES The car came with both a dealership warranty and a power train warranty from Toyota. Their detailed inspection report very handy as it showed dates for new tires, oil change, etc. We are Massachusetts residents and their service of handling that visit to the RMV for us was very appreciated.

Cristian has got to be the best car sales person I have ever dealt with and I can't get over just how easy and comfortable he made the process. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into anything, he listened and answered all of my questions and even showed me literally every button on the car which that alone says so much about him as a sales person. The entire dealership was super friendly and easy to work with, even the finance guy. If you want a headache free process definitely go here!

I had the pleasure of working with Ilan I was wondering the lot Wednesday afternoon he asked me what I was looking for and sat me down to show me some options. Thursday morning Ilon sent me a video of the truck I’ve been looking for I came back into Canobie lake Toyota and there it was my 2026 Toyota Tacoma and later on that day I put a down payment to hold the truck over night as Ilon suggested. Let’s face it. Car buying is the pits for most people. It can be stressful, anxiety inducing and high pressure. Connor made that whole process the complete opposite. From the moment I met Connor he was patient and easy going. Literally no pressure! I test drove a Corolla Cross but wanted it in a different color. No problem, Connor went on the hunt for a white one for me. When I called two days later with my mind changed to cavalry blue, again no problem. He kept me in the loop with updates on where it was in transit and when it finally came in I think he was more excited than I was! Levi was my finance guy who was also great, especially when I gave him the thousand yard stare a few times. He met my questions and concerns with professionalism and worked with me. Not once was I made to feel like this was just another sale. I can’t say thank you enough to Connor. I absolutely LOVE my new Corolla Cross! So if you’re worried about car shopping because of high pressure, try Canobie Lake Toyota and ask for Connor you won’t be disappointed!
