Awesome experience here. Bought a new SUV and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Knew what I wanted going there, worked with Gwen Wilcox who was fantastic. Her communication, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. (Found her through Google reviews 😉). I was in the dealership maybe 2.5 hours total for the initial order and then pickup of the vehicle. That’s the most important thing to me. Quicker the better. I wasn’t upsold or pressured on anything. Luis the finance guy agent was great as well. Can’t recommend this dealership enough. Overall it was a good experience. The only thing to improve on is the amount of time waiting to meet with management. I am not sure how this could be improved. Once I met with management It was quick and painless compared to previous experience.

The Customer Service we recieved when picking up my daughters new car was Exceptional. There was no pushy upselling. Jennifer, our sales rep, had everything ready.
